Your role
Lendorse helps talented students from developing countries finance their education through their future salary and land their dream role. With our rapid expansion on the horizon and increasing student demand, we’re looking for a full-time Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the CEO. With your ability to wear multiple hats at once, you’d look after our budgeting, financial reporting, building relationships with key stakeholders, and more:
- Collaborate on building and maintaining financial models, including P&L analysis and DCF models
- Assist in the financial planning of Income Share Agreements model, including sound boarding forecasting assumptions with the CEO
- Collaborate with our IT team to design an automated reporting function so that we can accurately submit financial reports to our lenders, investors and stakeholders
- Analyse financial data (including our budget vs. actuals) and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
- Work with our accountants and lawyers to streamline processes for payroll, accounts payable, dividends as well as entity financial compliance
- Support our capital/debt structuring efforts, including conducting financial research, preparing documents, presentations and assisting with due diligence
Requirements
- B2+ (native preferred) German and fluent English
- 1-2 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, preferably in a startup environment
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, including P&L mechanics, DCF, projections
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools
- Bonus if you have knowledge of finance structuring and capital markets principles
